What is Somatic + Spiritual Mentorship?

Each mentorship container is unique to the person who enters it. Together we will work to uncover what your soul aches for. How you can get in touch with your greatest expression of self. Sifting through old programming and thought patterns, we will work with your body and nervous system to re-anchor you to your truth and give you the opportunity to develop resiliency for life’s greatest struggles.

Somatic + spiritual mentorship is how I support individuals in the process of uncovering what is right for them by knowing how to feel it deeply in their bodies.
